Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The matter comes up on an application for modifying the order dated 09.09.2016 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to COVID-19 Pandamic situation the academic calendar of all the Universities and Boards of the State of Rajasthan are running

behind the time schedule. He further submits that in D.B. Writ Misc. Application No.124/2022, the time schedule so fixed in the order dated 09.09.2016 has already substituted by the time schedule shown in Table-II at page no.7 of the said application. Therefore, he has prayed to modify the order dated 09.09.2016 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court and to extend the dates fixed in the order dated 09.09.2016 for academic year 2022-23.

The said application has not been opposed by the counsel for the non-applicant.

For the reasons mentioned therein, the application is allowed the order dated 09.09.2016 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court is modified and time schedule mentioned in the order dated 09.09.2016 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court is extended as mentioned in D.B. Writ Misc. Application No.124/2022.
