The appellant has filed the instant application for temporary SOS on the ground of his wife’s ailment. The lady Smt. Laxmi was got medically examined and the medical reports have been placed on record by learned Public Prosecutor.
A perusal of the opinion expressed by the specialist would indicate that the lady had complained of left leg radiculopathy and low back ache for seven days and has been advised conservative treatment.
In this background, there is no reason or justification to grant interim bail to the appellant. Hence, the instant application for temporary SOS is rejected.
