D.B Civil Misc. Application No. 1/2021:-
The application is filed by the assessee to transfer this revision petition filed by the revenue to the Principal Seat at Jodhpur on the ground that arising out of the same order of Tax Board, the assessee has filed a revision petition challenging penalty and which is pending before the Principal Seat at Jodhpur. The power to transfer a proceeding from the Bench at Jaipur to Principal Seat at Jodhpur is with the Chief Justice on the administrative side. Let this issue be considered on the administrative side by the Chief Justice.
With these observations this application is disposed of.
