This is a forth application for suspension of sentences filed on behalf of the appellant and has inadvertently been filed as a third application for suspension of sentences, as the third application for suspension of sentences (D.B. Criminal Misc. Suspension of Sentence Application (Appeal) No.624/2022) has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2022.
Shri Rathore, learned counsel representing the appellant does not want to press the present application for suspension of sentences. Hence, the same is disposed of. The appeal shall be listed for hearing keeping in view the custodial period suffered by the appellant.
