The corpus Mst. ‘S’ has been produced in the Court by the official of the Police Station Ratangarh, Churu. We conferred with her ‘in camera’.
She stated that though she was involved in a live-in relationship with the petitioner earlier on but subsequently, wiser counsel prevailed and she has decided to live with her legally wedded husband Shri Jitendra. She firmly stated that she is living at her matrimonial home of her own free will and volition and is not illegally confined.
We therefore, direct that the corpus Mst. ‘S’ shall be safely escorted back to her matrimonial home. The habeas corpus petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
