Heard learned counsel for the applicant-appellant and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.
Looking to the nature and gravity of the offence and the availability of the material in support thereof, but without going into the niceties of the matter, while refraining from passing any comments or observations on the merits of the case as the same may influence either of the parties, however, looking to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to accede to the prayer made by the applicant-appellant seeking suspension of sentence.
