Perusal of the impugned judgment would show that the issue has become infructuous. The writ petition pertains to panchayat election of the year 2010 where nomination of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that she had breached the two child norm of the Government. The writ petition was dismissed on the ground that proper course was to file election petition before the

competent Court. While doing so, the learned Single Judge kept the question of disqualification of the petitioner also open.
In that view of the matter, the appeal is disposed of, as having become infructuous.
