The corpus Mst. ‘V’ has been produced in the Court by Mr. Hamir Singh Bhati, SI, SHO P.S. Siriyari, Pali. We conferred with her ‘ in camera’. She states that she had gone away with the respondent No.4 of her own free will and volition but now she is desirous of going back to her father’s house.
In view of the circumstances noted above, we hereby direct that the corpus being a child within the meaning of Juvenile Justice Act, shall forthwith be handed over into the guardianship of
