The corpus Mst. 'S' has been produced in the Court by the Police officials of Police Station Amet, District Rajsamand. We conferred with her 'in Camera'. She is aged less than 18 years as on date.

Looking to her uncertainty and the state of quandary, we requested Dr. Nupur Bhati to counsel the girl. After a fruitful counselling session, the veil of confusion which was prevailing on

the corpus has lifted significantly. She expressed that she is desirous of going back to the house of present petitioner being her father and she also desires that no criminal consequence should follow the man, with whom, she had gone away.

The consequences, if any, in this regard would be dependent upon outcome of the criminal case which has been registered at the Police Station Amet, District Rajsamand.

We appreciate the efforts of Dr. Nupur Bhati in offering her services to counsel the girl. It is hereby directed that the corpus Mst. 'S' shall be released from the Children Home (Female), Rajsamand, and escorted to her father's house. The Superintendent of Police, Rajsamand shall ensure a weekly visit by a female Constable to the house of petitioner so that safety of the corpus can be ensured. Investigation of F.I.R. No.06/2022 Police Station Amet, Distt. Rajsamand shall be concluded within next ten days and the result thereof, shall be filed in the Court concerned as soon as possible. Before the statement of the corpus is recorded in the trial Court, she shall be provided appropriate counselling.

With the above observations, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
