Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the prayer of the petitioners have substantially been satisfied as compensation has been paid, however, the same is not in accordance with the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013. Learned counsel further submits that in case some dues of the petitioners still remains to be compensated by the respondents, then he may be granted liberty to file fresh writ petitions.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
