Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present writ petition has been filed with the following
prayers:-

"A) By an appropriate writ order or direction, the order dated 10.06.2022 passed by the Executive Engineer and the order/note of Superintending Engineer (Annexure-9) may kindly be declared illegal and be quashed and set aside.
B) Further by an appropriate writ order or direction the respondents may kindly be restrained from making any changes in the water turn implemented on 09.06.2022 (Annexure -2) and any further action taken may be declared illegal and be set aside."
Without going into the merits of the case, learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that, the President, Water Users Association, 10 Z, Tehsil and District Sriganganagar may be directed to re-hear the concerned parties and after taking into consideration the present day situation of sowing of sugarcane and other crops in the area may pass a fresh order.
In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to pass a fresh order for Barabandi after hearing to the concerned parties including the parties present in this writ petition and taking into consideration the present situation of the crops sown in the area within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
