The petitioners in this writ petitions has sought direction from this Court against the respondents for re-conducting the physical efficiency test as well as for summoning the chip and videography of the event.

Since, the relief claimed in this writ petitions is common and pertains to the self same selection process, hence with consent of

the parties, these writ petitions have been heard and is being decided finally.

Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents be directed to re-conduct the physical efficiency test and the chip and the videography of the event be called for.

At the very outset, counsel for the respondents submitted that the self same issue, as aforesaid, has already been examined and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Revant Ram Meghwal & Ors, reported in 2020 (1) WLC (Raj.) 255 and also by this Court in the matter Jugal Kishor Gurjar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5853/2022) along with other connected matters) decided on 16.08.2022.

On perusal of the issue raised by the petitioners as well as the judgments cited above, in my view, the issue raised herein is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgments, therefore, no case is made out for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Hence, the present writ petitions stand dismissed.
