This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with regard to his non-selection on the post of constable in pursuance to the advertisement issued in the year 2018.
After filing of the writ petition, no efforts have been made for listing of this writ petition.
In that view of the matter, in my considered view, since the selection process in pursuance to the advertisement issued in the year 2018 has already been over, therefore, by a flux of time this writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
