Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that S.B. Civil Writ No.8787/2018 involving similar controversy has been decided by this Court on 26.09.2018. It is noticed that the order impugned

dated 17.05.2018 has been withdrawn by the State Government vide order dated 26.06.2018.
In view of the fact that impugned order has been withdrawn by the State Government vide order dated 26.06.2018 nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as having become
infructuous.
