The petitioner by way of filing present writ petition following prayers have been made:-

quashing the charge sheet with interest as per the rules and this writ petition after retirement of the petitioner without any delay by ignoring the impugned charge sheet.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the inquiry under Rule 16 of CCA Rules, 1958 read with Rule 7 of the Pension Rules, 1996 has been concluded and vide order dated 03.08.2022, the petitioner has been held guilty of charges leveled against him.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
However, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the order dated 03.08.2022 in accordance with law.
