Learned counsel Shri Kotwani submits that as the burial ground in relation whereto the instant PIL was filed, was existing on forest land which cannot be allotted for any other purpose, the local authorities may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioners to allot an alternative piece of land for burial ground of the community to which the petitioners bleong.

Shri Beniwal does not object to this submission.
It is thus directed that if representation is made in this behalf, the concerned authorities shall consider the prayer for allotment of land for setting up of the burial ground as per the law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations and directions.
