Learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Devaram Mochi & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. ( S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 8/2005 , decided on 24.01.2017). It is also informed that the Special Appeal [D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No. 631/2018 titled as “State of Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. Deva Ram Mochi & Anr.”, decided on 25.04.2018] preferred against the order dated 24.01.2017 passed by the Single Bench has also been dismissed while affirming the view taken by the learned Single Bench.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant writ petition is allowed with a direction to the respondents to extend all the benefits, as granted in favour of the petitioner – Devaram Mochi by the Single Bench vide order dated 24.01.2017.
