The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for
the following reliefs:-

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, an experience certificate in favour of the petitioner against his working as Gram Rozgar Sahayak under MGNREGA Scheme has been issued by the District Program Coordinator-cum-District Collector, Churu on 02.09.2021.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of LDC, if the petitioner is fulfilling all requisite criteria and possessing the merit for appointment on the said post. The entire exercise shall be completed by the respondents within a period of one month from the date of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
No order as to costs.
