This Court finds that in the present writ petition, the petitioners has challenged the demand notice dated 1st February, 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioners to withdraw the present writ petition, enabling them to take appropriate step for pursuing the remedy for assailing the demand notice dated 1st February, 2018.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent-Bank Mr. Ravi Gupta submitted that though the petitioners are now seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, however, the interim order was passed by this Court, which continued for a considerable period and as such, Bank has also suffered huge losses on account of the same.
This Court, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, permits the petitioners to withdraw the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
