At the outset, learned counsel for the Municipal Council submits that the notices have been given and the petitioner has pre-maturely come to this Court, as the final decision regarding the notices is yet to be taken.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they are prepared to submit themselves alongwith all necessary documents and the material available on record before the Municipal Council, but the interim protection which is in currency since 14.01.2015, be extended till the final decision is taken by the Municipal Council.
In light of such limited submission of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of, while directing the respondents to take the complete comprehensive representation alongwith all documents, which shall be submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month from today. The Municipal Council shall take all those documents and decide the matter and

consider it on facts and pass appropriate speaking order strictly in accordance with law within a period of six months from today. The interim order granted by this Court on 14.01.2015 shall remain in currency till the final decision upon the representation of the petitioner is taken by the respondent-Municipal Council.
Stay petition as well as all pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
