This writ petition is filed by the petitioners essentially claiming that the SHO, Police Station, Gogameri, District Hanumangarh is not allowing them to cultivate their agriculture lands.
This Court while issuing notices on 24.04.2018 has directed the Addl. S.P. Bhadra to take appropriate action on the applications filed by the petitioners to be allowed to harvest crops standing in their fields. Later on, on 25.05.2018, the SHO, Police Station Gogameri was directed to appear before this Court. Pursuant to that the SHO, Police Station, Gogameri appeared before this Court on 31.05.2018 and apprised that due action pursuant to the petitioners’ complaint/request has been taken in accordance with law. The Court has directed that the SHO concerned may not appear before the Court in person on the next date.
As the SHO, Police Station Gogameri has appeared before this Court and assured that strict action will be taken on the complaint/request of the petitioners, I am of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

If the petitioners have any grievance against the present
SHO, they can very well avail appropriate remedy available to
them under the law.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
