The matters come up on applications No.1/2022 filed by the respondents stating therein that vide order dated 29.11.2021, the petitioner has been placed under suspension and, therefore, the writ petitions are rendered infructuous and the same be dismissed accordingly.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid position.
In view thereof, the applications are allowed for the reasons stated therein.
The writ petitions are dismissed as infructuos.
The pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
