Matter comes up on an application No.1/2022 dated 21.03.2022 filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the writ petition the respondents have issued an order dated 11.03.2022 whereby the respondents have granted discount to the petitioner on payment of stamp duty and further asked him to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, the application for withdrawal of the writ petition is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
