Though, this writ petition has been filed assailing the legality and validity of the order dated 09.12.2021 passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur whereby, the appeal preferred by the petitioner/appellant against the order dated 23.11.2021 requiring her to report in the office of Director, Medical and Health Services, Jaipur as there was no vacancy of ANM under CMHO, Jhunjhunu, has been dismissed; but, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition as he has instructions to submit a representation for her posting in
