By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner prays for
following reliefs:-
1. “The respondents may very kindly be directed to consider the petitioner eligible for appointment on the post of Staff Nurse Grade-II on the basis of her meritposition in the recruitment process conducted in the year 2013 and offer her appointment forthwith.
2. Any other relief/reliefs which this Hon’ble High Court may deem just and proper in the circumstances of the case, may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the respondents has shown the
Gazette Notification dated 22.06.2017 whereby AIIMS, Jodhpur at serial No.211 has been included in the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal.
In light of such preliminary objection, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jodhpur. It is needless to observe that the limitation shall be exempted for the period, writ petition was pending before this Court.
With the above observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
