The petitioner preferred the instant writ petition assailing the order dated 17.01.2020 (Annex.-7), whereby and wherein the petitioner has been ordered to be suspended, invoking the powers under Rule 13 of the Rajasthan Civil Service (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules of 1958.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the order of suspension dated 17.01.2020 has been revoked, hence the present writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing remains to
be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. Stay application also stands disposed of.
