An application has been preferred on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking withdrawal of the instant writ petition, with an assertion that during pendency of the present writ petition, certain benefits have been conferred upon the petitioner, therefore, she is not interested to prosecute the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons mentioned in the application (I.A. No.01/2022), the same is allowed, as nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
