The dispute in this petition is with regard to computation of interest @ 18% payable to the petitioner on the arrears amount between the period from 01.09.2009 till 01.05.2013.

While payments have been made by respondents on their own computation and calculation, the petitioner disputes the method of calculation.

The aforesaid aspect cannot be decided by this Court and we direct respondent-BSNL to refer the matter to their Chief Accounts Officer and get computation made. If any difference amount is payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within 30 days from such calculation.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
