This application has been filed by the applicant-petitioner seeking revival of D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No.1686/2019.

Vide order dated 14.12.2021, aforesaid contempt petition filed by the applicant-petitioner along with other connected contempt petitions were disposed off with liberty to the applicantpetitioner to revive the contempt petition in case the respondents

do not comply with the order and issue necessary directions in favour of the applicant-petitioner within a period of 60 days from today.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner would submit that despite lapse of aforesaid period of 60 days granted by this Court, the respondents have not complied with the order, therefore, the contempt petition filed by the applicant-petitioner be restored.

In view of the liberty granted to the applicant-petitioner vide order dated 14.12.2021 passed by this Court, the civil contempt petition No.1686/2019 is revived and restored to its original number.

Contempt petition be listed for further orders. Application is accordingly disposed off.
