By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has made the

following prayer:-

“It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to call for the entire record relating to the case of the petitioner and after perusing the same may

be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition:-

By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the action of the respondent in not issuing the joining letter in favour of the petitioner, in order to undergo the higher qualification pursuant to the advertisement dated 09.10.2020, be declared bad and illegal and the respondents be directed to issue joining letter to the petitioner enable him to undergo M.Sc.(RT) in furtherance of the advertisement dated 09.10.2020.

By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent be directed to not to cancel the provisional allotment letter dated 18.02.2021 issued in favour of the petitioner and accordingly, the seat provisionally allotted in favour of the petitioner, be not allotted to any other person/candidate.

By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the prejudicial order, if any is passed during the pendency of the writ petition, the same may be taken on record and be quashed and set aside.

Any other appropriate order or direction which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Counsel for the respondents submitted that vide order dated 07.11.2022 passed by the State Government, one additional seat has been created by them for the petitioner in M.Sc. Radio Therapy Course for the Session 2020-2021 in pursuance to the order dated 19.01.2021.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous and the petitioner is entitled for all the benefits as per the order dated 19.01.2021 as well as the order dated 07.11.2022.

All the pending applications stands disposed of.
