Upon hearing Mr. RD Rastogi, ASG for the respondent- Union of India it appears that the causes raised in the petition have become infructuous. The proceedings would also show that the counsel for the petitioner had taken time on two occasions to take instructions from the petitioner. Today learned counsel for the petitioner convey to us that he has no instruction from the

petitioner. Presumably on account of the latter developments pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent-Union of India the petitioner has lost interest in the petition. The same is disposed of for want of prosecution with a liberty to apply in case of difficulty.
