By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 28.12.2020. This court while issuing notice to the respondents stayed operation of the transfer order.
The same continues till date. Residency period is nearly over by now.
In that view of the matter, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents not to act upon the impugned order qua the petitioner. However, the respondents are at liberty to pass a fresh transfer order if exigency of service so require.
