All these writ petitions relates to keeping the petitioners under awaiting posting orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that while passing the impugned orders, the respondents have not applied their mind properly and passed the impugned orders in a mechanical manner without there being any justifiable reason as to kept the petitioners under awaiting posting orders which is inviolation of the Rule 25A of Rajasthan Service Rule 1951.

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the liberty be granted to the State-respondents for passing of the fresh transfer orders in accordance with law.

In that view of the matter, I dispose of these writ petitions with a direction to the respondents not to act upon the impugned order qua the petitioner(s). However, the respondents are at liberty to pass a fresh transfer order if exigency of service so require.
