Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the controversy involved in these writ petitions regarding issuance of OBC certificate to the petitioners and thereafter providing the petitioners benefit of reservation in the State of Rajasthan has already been decided by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.02.2020 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.824/2020: Sushila Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

whereby, the writ petition filed by the similarly situated petitioner has been dismissed.
In view of the above, the present writ petitions are also dismissed in terms of the above-referred order dated 20.02.2020 passed in Sushila Kumari’s case (supra).
