Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that the writ petitions challenging order impugned dated 12.05.2022 whereby, an application filed by the respondents/plaintiffs under Section 65 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, was allowed, has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as original of the subject document was found later on and it has also been placed on record with the learned trial Court.
In view thereof, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions which are dismissed accordingly.
The pending application also stands disposed of.
