This writ petition, which has been filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 03.08.2021 passed by the Court of Additional District Judge No-4, Sikar in Civil Suit No.51/2015 B.T. No.15/2016 (CIS No.25/2015), is being disposed of in following manner as agreed and requested by learned counsels for the respective parties:-
“(i) the petitioners/plaintiffs shall be at liberty to raise objection as to admissibility of the subject document, i.e., the agreement dated 08.12.1998 at the time of hearing of the suit which shall be decided by the learned trial Court.”
The pending application No.1/2022 also stands disposed of.
