This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the
following prayer:-
“It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble court may very graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and further be pleased to: I) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof thereby direct the respondents to accept the application form online or hard copy of the petitioner with regard to take admission for Two Year Diploma in Animal Husbandry Course -2021-22 by giving age relaxation in upper age limit.
ii) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof thereby, the

respondents be directed to after accepting application form of petitioner, take admission for doing the two years course of Diploma in Animal Husbandary- 2021-22. iii) Pass any other appropriate order which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner. iv) Cost of the writ petition be also awarded in favour of the petitioner.”
In my considered view, by efflux of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
