Instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:-

By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice dated 09.07.2021 issued by the Assistant Commissioner, Devasthan.
I have perused the record.
Since, the petitioner filed this writ petition against the show cause notice only, therefore, I am not inclined to exercise the extra-ordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Hence, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
