No one has put in appearance on behalf of the plaintiffsappellants even in the second round.
This appeal is lying in defect side since 2019. No steps have been taken by the appellants for removing the defects pointed out by the Office in spite of passing of more than three years. It appears that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter.
Hence, the instant civil second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
