Heard. Perused the material available on record.

The convict-petitioner Kaluram S/o Shri Jhindu Ram has been granted permanent parole by the State Government vide order dated 25.02.2022 whereby he has been directed to furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each as a pre-requisite condition for being released on permanent parole. The petitioner has approached this Court by way of this writ petition seeking waiver of the condition of furnishing surety bonds in terms of the order dated 25.02.2022 on the ground of his poor financial condition.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering that the petitioner had satisfactorily availed first, second and third paroles on furnishing personal bond only, we deem it proper to release the petitioner Kaluram S/o Shri Jhindu Ram on permanent parole by waiving the condition of furnishing two surety bonds in terms of the order dated 25.02.2022. He shall be released on permanent parole upon furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- only to the satisfaction of Dy. Superintendent, District Jail, Hanumangarh. However, the other conditions of the order dated 25.02.2022 shall remain maintained.

The writ petition is allowed, accordingly.
