Shri S.K. Verma, counsel for the appellant submits that his client is no longer interested in pursuing this appeal and he may be allowed to withdraw the same.
Accordingly, the instant appeal which has been preferred by the complainant Sharif Khan @ Pappu Khan under Section 372 of Cr.P.C. for assailing the judgment dated 17.1.2017 acquitting the respondent Hassam Khan from the charges for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 302 and 34 IPC is dismissed as not pressed.
