Learned counsel Shri Chavariya submits that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition giving him liberty to renew the prayer for being sent to the Open Air Camp after conclusion of the pending criminal cases which the accused is facing at this point of time.
In view the submission so made, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
