Petitioner has moved this writ petition (parole) with the limited prayer for releasing him on permanent parole against his personal bonds and the order by which he has been directed to fulfill the condition of furnishing two sureties be relaxed.

A report was sought with regard to financial status of the petitioner.

As per the report, petitioner’s wife is owning a house No.65/154, Heerapath, Mansarovar and both his sons are doing business of readymade clothes.

From the financial status of the petitioner, it is evident that his sons could furnish surety for the petitioner, However, taking note of the fact that order granting permanent parole was passed on 08.04.2021 and no one has furnished surety bonds on behalf of the petitioner. We deem it proper to partly allowed the writ petition to the effect that instead of two sureties, only one surety of Rs.50,000/- be obtained from the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands partly allowed.
