Heard. Perused the material available on record.
The petitioner seeks emergent parole on the ground of the death of his elder brother Shri Naresh Kumar. In this regard, counsel for the petitioner has placed on record copy of the certificate issued by the concerned hospital certifying the death of Shri Naresh Kumar and copy of receipt issued by the Nigam Bodh Shamshan Ghat, Delhi where the dead body of Shri Naresh Kumar got cremated on 03.04.2022.

In this background, we feel that the petitioner deserves to be granted emergent parole of seven days so as to attend the relevant customary rites pursuant to the death of his elder brother. Thus, the writ petition is allowed. The convict-petitioner Sunil Kumar Jatav S/o Ghasi Ram Jatav shall be released on emergent parole of seven days upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 2,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Jail Bikaner who may impose suitable conditions as per Rules before releasing the convict-petitioner on parole.
The writ petition is allowed in these terms.
