The instant revision petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 397-401 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 06.06.2022 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhadra, Distt. Hanumangarh in Sessions Case No.11/2021 whereby, charges were framed against the petitioner and order of framing charge has been passed under Sections 341/34, 308/34, 323/34 and 325/34 of the IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

The learned Court below has noticed the circumstances under which accused petitioner assaulted injured Ratan Lal. The number, nature & gravity of injuries and the weapons used in the assault have been considered. Yet, this Court perused the injury report of victim Ratan Lal and a perusal of which reflects that he received fracture in both legs, another fracture was found on his

lower thigh and two abrasions caused by blunt object were also noticed by the Medical Officer in both the legs.

Thus, after considering the gravity of allegations and nature of injuries, this Court does not deem it appropriate to interfere in the order impugned passed by learned Court below. There is no force in the revision petition.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. Stay petition
