At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments being taken place in the matter, he seeks withdrawal of the present criminal revision petition with liberty for the petitioner that the grounds raised herein in this revision petition may be allowed to be taken at the appropriate stage before the learned Trial Court.
In this view of the matter, the instant criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner that all the grounds mentioned herein in this revision petition may be raised at the appropriate stage before the learned Trial Court. Stay application also stands disposed of.
