Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the controversy involved in this petition is no more res-integra, as it is decided by this Court in Chhagan Lal Vs. Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti (S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No.355/2002) decided on 29.06.2022.
In light of joint submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the present revision petition is also allowed in terms of the order passed by this Court in Chhagan Lal Vs. Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti (Supra).
All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
