The petitioner is a counsel having long standing in this profession. His mobile phone was lost on 21.09.2020. However, despite filing of a complaint in the concerned Police Station, it has not been traced out till date.
Learned Public Prosecutor shall instruct the Investigating Officer to make fervent and sincere efforts to trace out the missing mobile phone of the petitioner.
With the above observations, the instant misc. petition is disposed of.
