This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for quashing for FIR No. 201/2019 registered at Police Station Hamirwas, District Churu for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC.
At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that final report/closure report has been filed before the competent court, which is reflected from the factual report furnished by learned Public Prosecutor.
The factual report is taken on record.
On such submission, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. All pending applications stand disposed of.
