The present petitions have been preferred for quashing of

At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the offences are proved against the petitioners, which is reflected from the factual reports furnished by learned Public Prosecutor.

On such submission, the present petitions are disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to take up all the issues before the learned trial court at appropriate stage. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
